Our assessment services assist companies to assess individuals to be placed on the relevant training programmes to achieve desired development goals and objectives. Most companies rely predominantly on interviews when selecting employees, even though interviews have the lowest levels of validity and reliability. CPS assists companies in developing and conducting assessments based on principles of fairness, reliability, standards and includes competency based questions. Whether paper based or computer based these assessment tools are designed according to organisational and industry standards as it consists of a combination of techniques based on competency requirements.
We follow a consultative approach to identify and develop a competency based career framework founded on the business strategy while simultaneously allowing employee growth as well as adding value to the business. An added advantage is that CPS and its partners are up-to-date with Skills Development legislation and SETA processes that enables us to provide value added services in conducting Skills Audits, SDF services, Workplace Skills Plans and Annual Training Reports.
